A graduate of Seattle University with a degree in Business Management, Clay's passion for aviation started early. From attending Boeing Family Days to flying aboard turboprop and turbojet aircraft, he developed a deep curiosity for how aircraft operate, often engaging directly with pilots to better understand the technical side of flight.

Today, Clay plays a critical role in supporting SOLJETS' sales team through in-depth market research, aircraft evaluations, and the creation of high-impact valuation materials. His background in sales operations and CRM optimization allows him to combine data-driven insights with a strategic approach, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

His dedication to the industry was further recognized this past year when he was awarded the JETNET iQ Scholarship from the IADA Foundation during NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas—an honor that highlights his commitment to continued growth and excellence in business aviation.

Outside the office, Clay values balance and connection. He enjoys spending time on the golf course, returning to Seattle to be with family, and staying active through sports and outdoor activities. He's also an avid supporter of the New England Patriots and, on his own time, actively participates in the IADA NextGen Committee, contributing to the future of business aviation and connecting with like-minded professionals across the industry. He is always focused on growing both personally and professionally, as he continues to learn and evolve within the aviation industry.
