Executive Sales Director, Sacramento
Nate Metzler has a diversified aviation background serving with the Civil Air Patrol and Air Force Reserve while graduating with a Business Management degree from the University of Colorado. After earning an MBA from Cal State University, he managed Part 91 & 135 training programs for Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, and Gulfstream business jet operators.
Working in progressive roles over 15 years as an aviation sales executive, Nate resided in Europe, Japan, and Australia specializing in international business jet acquisitions. With a serious aversion to keeping two feet on the ground, Nate has flown sailplanes, floatplanes, hang gliders and his favorite a P-51D Mustang.
As an Executive Sales Director, Nate will continue SOLJETS’ customized and personable approach to client aircraft acquisitions. He shares the SOLJETS vision of redefining the client-broker relationship, and changing the way technology and market analytics tools help both sellers and buyers, with aircraft brokerage and pre-owned acquisitions.
Prior to joining SOLJETS, Nate held a variety of aviation assignments including Pilot and Mechanic Recruiting, Light Jet Sales, Aircraft Management, and Flight Department Training. Nate comes from three family generations involved with Aviation dating back to WWII. When he’s not flying or helping clients, Nate prefers all forms of outdoor sporting activities, including backcountry adventures in the Rocky Mountains.
